Before starting Speaker Coaching with Vanessa, we had all our thoughts and concepts together however we needed the extra guidance, common connector and further teasing for ideas and creativity.   

As a result of working with Vanessa we were able to gather all the presenters thoughts and create a common thread and tone that was in line with each presenters comfort however still achieving the overall theme and message in their own unique curated style.

The overall feedback from our delegates that had attended many other DDS conferences referenced the cohesion, connection and professionalism in our speakers presentations and delivery. Personally I felt that having the support and guidance from Vanessa assisted in grouping of thoughts and keeping the message succinct and she provided alignment back to the brief. Whilst I have a level of comfort presenting, having that support and extra guidance provided the extra builds that elevated my delivery and provided a better delegate experience- feedback received confirmed this.
